A 90 min yoga & meditation class based on classical Hatha Yoga, Pranayama (breath control) & Meditation. Join me in these weekly classes and experience a full body & mind practice, learning various yogic techniques that help cultivate & redirect energy, balance the hormones, strengthen the immune system, develop strength, increase flexibility & calm the mind. Open to beginners.
Available Options
You can choose:
– A full 90 min Yoga & meditation class (12-13:30pm)
– A 60 min Yoga class (12-13:00pm)
– A 30 min Meditation class (13-13:30pm)
Those dedicated to a practice can purchase 4 class packs that offer 10% off the regular price. Packs are to be used within 5 weeks of first class.
