The Online Sanctuary is a monthly online yoga membership offering live weekly classes, meditation, Yoga Nidra and embodied practices designed to support deep rest, nervous system regulation and inner connection. Whether you are practising from home, travelling or seeking a more consistent routine, this online space provides flexible access to live sessions and recordings from anywhere in the world.
No experience necessary. All levels are welcome.

The Online Sanctuary is a monthly membership created to support a regular and nourishing practice from the comfort of your own home.
Through weekly live classes and access to recordings, you will have the opportunity to explore yoga, breathwork, meditation, Yoga Nidra and embodied practices that help release tension, create greater ease in the body, regulate the nervous system and cultivate a deeper connection with yourself.
Whether you join live each week or practise in your own time, The Online Sanctuary offers a flexible and supportive space to prioritise your wellbeing and stay connected to your practice wherever you are in the world.

Why Practice Online?

What to Expect
Each session may include a combination of mindful movement, yoga postures, breathwork, meditation, Yoga Nidra and embodied awareness practices.
Drawing on my experience as a yoga teacher, bodyworker and energy healer, the classes are designed to support the release of tension, create greater ease and space within the body, regulate the nervous system and cultivate a deeper connection with yourself.
No two classes are exactly the same, allowing the practice to respond to the season, the energy of the group and the needs that arise in the moment.
Who Is This For?
The Online Sanctuary is open to practitioners of all levels.
Whether you are completely new to yoga, returning after a break, or looking to deepen an existing practice, you are warmly welcome.
This space may be particularly supportive if you are seeking:

You do not need to be flexible, experienced or able to perform advanced postures. You simply need a willingness to show up exactly as you are.
How It Works
Step 1: Join The Online Sanctuary
Click the Join button and subscribe through my Ko-fi membership page.
Once your membership is active, you will gain access to all member content, including live class information and class recordings.
Step 2: Access Your Weekly Class
A members-only post will be published on Ko-fi each week containing the Zoom link and any relevant information for the upcoming session.
Live classes take place every Wednesday from 12pm-1pm (UK time).
Please aim to arrive 5 minutes before the class begins so you have time to settle in and prepare your space.
To minimise disruption and maintain the quality of the experience for everyone, the session will be locked 5 minutes after the start time. If you are unable to join on time, you will still be able to access the class recording afterwards.
Step 3: Prepare Your Practice Space
You do not need a perfect setup to participate. Simply create a space where you can move comfortably and be undisturbed for the duration of the class.
You may wish to:
• Wear comfortable, breathable clothing and have layers available
• Avoid eating for 2-3 hours before practice where possible
• Ventilate the room beforehand
• Have a yoga mat, blanket and cushion nearby. Blocks and straps are optional but good to have
• Light a candle or incense if this supports your practice
• Switch your phone to silent and minimise distractions
• Have water available if needed
Creating a small ritual around your practice can help you arrive more fully and receive the greatest benefit from the session.
Step 4: Access Recordings
All class recordings will be uploaded and shared within the membership area on Ko-fi.
Recordings can be accessed at any time during your active membership, allowing you to revisit classes whenever it suits your schedule and support your practice while travelling or during busy periods of life.
Membership Terms
• Membership is £25 per month.
• Your membership renews automatically each month.
• You may cancel your membership at any time through Ko-fi.
• Membership includes access to live classes and recordings available during your active subscription.
• Class recordings and member content are provided for personal use only and may not be shared, distributed or reproduced.
• While every effort will be made to provide classes as scheduled, occasional changes may be necessary due to holidays, illness or unforeseen circumstances. Members will be notified of any changes as soon as possible.
• Participation in all classes is at your own risk. Please practise within your own limits and consult an appropriate healthcare professional if you have any concerns regarding your health, injuries or suitability for practice.
• The practices offered within The Online Sanctuary are intended to support wellbeing and personal development and are not a substitute for medical, psychological or therapeutic treatment.
