A shared space to practice
I teach group classes across studios in North London, offering a space where we come together to move, breathe and reconnect.
There is something really powerful in the collective energy of a room in motion. A quiet sense of connection that naturally arises when we practice alongside one another.
My teaching is grounded, trauma-aware and guided by the wisdom of the body. Many of my classes are inspired by the seven main chakras, supporting balance not only physically, but emotionally and energetically.
All classes are open level, with options offered to support you wherever you are in your practice.

Class styles
Hatha yoga
A grounding, slower-paced practice where postures are held with awareness and attention to alignment.
This class offers space to build strength, improve mobility and connect with the breath. The practice gradually turns inward, incorporating relaxation, pranayama and meditation to calm the mind and settle the nervous system.
Hatha flow
A gentle flow between postures, combining movement with breath in a steady, mindful rhythm.
Alongside asana, elements such as breathwork, bandhas and meditation are introduced, creating a balanced practice that both energises and grounds.
Chakra yoga
A practice guided by the seven energy centres of the body.
Through movement, breath and awareness, we explore areas where energy may feel held or restricted, inviting greater balance and flow. The class often closes with a soothing meditation, leaving you feeling rebalanced and more connected within.
Slow flow
A softer, slower-paced flow designed to help you tune in and move with awareness.
Linking breath with movement, this class builds strength and flexibility while allowing space to move at your own pace. Suitable for all levels, whether you wish to gently challenge yourself or take a more restorative approach.
