My Teaching Approach

I currently teach over 12 classes each week, both in person and online, supporting a wide range of students including professionals working in high-demand environments.

Having spent years working in the corporate world myself, I understand the pressures employees face and design sessions that genuinely support focus, stress reduction and emotional balance.

My teaching is calm, inclusive and supportive, with a focus on nervous system regulation rather than performance. The intention is not to push or exhaust, but to help people reconnect with their bodies and restore balance. My sessions support stress reduction, emotional regulation and allow for gentle integration of daily pressures.

Through simple movement, breath awareness and moments of rest, participants can return to work feeling more present, grounded and mentally clear.
