Private yoga sessions in North London
Private yoga sessions offer a dedicated space for a practice that is fully tailored to you.
I guide each session guided by the ability of your body, your needs and your intention, allowing us to move at a pace that feels supportive and sustainable. Through grounding movement, breath awareness and mindful guidance, the practice helps to build strength, improve mobility and gently release areas of held tension.
Beyond the physical, these sessions invite a deeper connection with the body and inner landscape. With a trauma-informed and intuitive approach, space is created for the nervous system to settle, the mind to soften and clarity to naturally arise.
Over time, this personalised practice supports greater balance, resilience and ease, both on and off the mat.
Each session becomes not just a moment of movement, but a gentle step on the journey back to yourself.

Signature fusion sessions
Experience fusion sessions combining yoga, bodywork, breathwork, and energy healing. A deeply personalised approach to release tension, support emotional balance, and reconnect with your body in a safe, grounded space.
How it works
1. Booking your session
You can book your private session by selecting your preferred service and completing your payment.
To align our schedules, simply email me at yogawithevelina@gmail.com with your preferred options and I will get back to you with availability.
2. Confirmation and preparation
Once your session is confirmed, I may ask you to share a little about your health, any injuries or anything you would like support with. This helps me shape a practice that feels safe, supportive and aligned with your needs.
If you wish, we can also arrange a short call before your first session.
Sessions can take place either in your home or in my space in Mill Hill, North London.
3. Preparing for your session
You will need a yoga mat (or a towel if you don’t have one). If needed, I can bring a mat with me.
Please wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. It is best to practice on a relatively empty stomach and to create a quiet, uninterrupted space for the duration of the session.
4. During the session
Each session is thoughtfully guided and tailored to you, and may include movement, breathwork and moments of stillness.
I offer gentle guidance and, where appropriate, hands-on adjustments. If you prefer not to be adjusted, you are always welcome to let me know.
5. After the session
You may receive simple suggestions to support your practice between sessions, helping you integrate the benefits into your daily life.
5. Booking & cancellation policy
Appointments should be booked at least 48–72 hours in advance where possible.
If you need to reschedule, please provide a minimum of 48–72 hours’ notice. Each session may be rescheduled once without charge. Cancellations within this notice period will be charged in full.
In the unlikely event that I need to cancel, you will be offered either a full refund or the option to reschedule. Please refer to the Terms & Conditions for full details.

5. Health & responsibility
While I offer guidance and modifications where needed, it is your responsibility to consult a medical professional regarding any injuries or conditions.
Please always listen to your body and move in a way that feels safe and supportive.
