Private yoga sessions offer a space to move, breathe, and reconnect with yourself in a way that is fully adapted to your body and your needs.

Whether you are new to yoga or looking to deepen your practice, each session is designed to support you with care and attention.

Each session is guided intuitively and may include:

  • breathwork (pranayama)
  • nervous system regulation
  • meditation and stillness

This is a space where you can move at your own pace and explore your body without pressure or comparison.

How it Works

1. Booking your session

You can book your private yoga session by selecting your preferred option and completing your payment.

To confirm availability, simply email me at yogawithevelina@gmail.com with your preferred days and times. I will then get back to you with suitable options.

2. Confirmation and preparation

Once your session is confirmed, I may ask you to share a little about your health, injuries, or intentions for the practice. This helps me tailor the session to your needs in a safe and supportive way.

If needed, we can also arrange a short call before your first session to clarify anything and set intentions together.

Sessions take place either in Mill Hill (North London), your home, or online → see online yoga sessions

3. Preparing for your session

You will need a yoga mat (or a towel if you don’t have one). If needed, I can bring a mat with me.

Please wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely, such as leggings or loose trousers.

If you are practising at home or online, try to create a quiet, uninterrupted space where you can fully focus on yourself.

It is best to practise on a light stomach and allow yourself a few minutes before and after the session to settle in and integrate.

4. During the session

Each private yoga session is fully tailored to you.

Depending on your needs, the practice may include:

  • movement and posture work
  • breathwork and nervous system regulation
  • relaxation or guided rest
  • gentle hands-on adjustments (in person, if appropriate)

You are guided throughout the session, so there is nothing you need to plan or prepare.

5. After the session

After your session, you may feel more open, relaxed, or grounded. Sometimes, the effects continue to unfold in the hours or days that follow.

If helpful, I may offer simple practices or suggestions to support your integration between sessions.

6. Booking & cancellation policy

Please book at least 48–72 hours in advance where possible.

If you need to reschedule, a minimum of 48–72 hours’ notice is required. Each session may be rescheduled once without charge. Cancellations within this window are charged in full.

In the unlikely event that I need to cancel, you will be offered either a full refund or the option to reschedule.

7. Health & responsibility

While I offer guidance and modifications where needed, it is your responsibility to consult a medical professional regarding any injuries or conditions.

Please always listen to your body and move in a way that feels safe and supportive.
