Yoga Nidra

Deep rest for body and mind

Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation practice that invites you into a state of conscious rest.

Lying down comfortably, you are gently guided to a state between waking and sleeping, where the body can fully relax and the mind begins to soften.

This is not about doing. It is about allowing.

Why Yoga Nidra?

In a world that constantly asks you to be active, focused, and productive, true rest is often missing.

Yoga Nidra offers:

  • deep nervous system reset
  • release of physical and emotional tension
  • improved sleep quality
  • mental clarity and focus
  • a sense of grounding and inner calm

Just one session can feel like hours of sleep.

Soft candlelight creating a peaceful environment for Yoga Nidra and guided meditation.

How it works

You will be guided through a structured meditation while lying down, fully supported and at ease.

The practice may include:

  • body awareness
  • breath awareness
  • visualisation
  • intention setting (Sankalpa)
  • subtle awareness of sensations and energy

There is nothing you need to do or achieve.
Even if you fall asleep, your body still receives the benefits.

Sessions can take place in person or online, allowing you to experience the practice from the comfort of your own home. Online sessions can be especially powerful, as you are already in your own familiar space, allowing the body to soften more easily.

About Me

Hi, I’m Evelina.

I create spaces for people to slow down, reconnect and experience themselves more deeply.

My work weaves together yoga, breathwork, meditation, energy awareness and intuitive movement, shaped by a strong interest in trauma-informed practices, somatics and the subtle body. Each session I offer is guided not only by training and experience, but by presence, listening and intuition.

Over the years, I’ve come to see that the most meaningful experiences are not the ones that follow a fixed structure, but the ones that respond to the people in the room. This is why I love creating bespoke events. They allow space for something real to unfold, something that feels personal, grounded and alive.

Whether I’m working with individuals, small groups or larger gatherings, my intention is always the same. To hold a space where you can soften, feel supported, and return to a deeper connection with yourself.
