GENERAL (MASSAGE & REIKI CLIENTS)

• The massage service offered is for the purpose of general wellness, stress reduction, and relief of tension only.
• It is important that you provide me with adequate information about any medical conditions, injuries, and the overall state of your health prior to your masaage session.
• If you experience any pain or discomfort during a massage or Reiki treatment you will need to inform me immediately so I can adjust the pressure / techniques used to your comfort level.
• It is not uncommon to experience short-term muscle soreness or exacerbation of undiscovered injuries after a massage.

CLIENT REQUIREMENTS FOR MASSAGE / REIKI / YOGA CLIENTS

• Wear appropriate and comfortable clothing, including underwear. For your massage appointments please ensure armpits, shoulders and knees are covered.
• Avoid consuming heavy food 2-3 hours before massage, Reiki and Yoga sessions.
• Before receiving massage / Reiki ensure your body is clean and free from heavy synthetic fragrances.
• Inform me of any contagious conditions you might be experiencing.

IMPORTANT

I operate a no-tolerance policy towards inappropriate or indecent behaviour. Should there be any signs that can be interpreted as such behaviour, your appointment will be terminated immediately.

PAYMENTS, CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING OF APPOINTMENTS

• Payment is due at time of booking.
• Bookings are to be made at least 72 hours in advance of the appointment time.
• You can reschedule your class without any additional cost once only and credit it towards a future appointment. This must be requested at least 72 hours in advance of your original booking.  
• Cancellations within seventy-two (72) hours of the scheduled session will be charged in full.
• Prepaid blocks of 4 appointments are to be used within 6 weeks of first appointment. Blocks of 8 appointments – within 10 weeks from first appointment.
• On the occasion that I need to cancel your appointment, I will refund you in full to the value of what you paid for the session. Alternatively, you can use the credit towards a future appointment.
