Your kids will enjoy yoga with the help of various aids – visuals, sounds, songs, stories, interactive games. All these help to create fun, inspiring and supportive environment for your child.
The length of the classes varies and is usually 30min for 2 to 7 year olds and 60 mins for 8 to 16 year olds. I provide a free 20 min trial.
It has been humbling to see with my own eyes the transformation that yoga brings to young children. Their natural intelligence is awoken, their ability to engage in relaxation and meditation practices increases and their zest for fun and play is met by the multitude of stories, songs and games offered. They gradually become calmer, their mind more focused and their ability to understand and deal with their emotions increases.
I have been teaching yoga for 8 years now and hold Children Yoga Teacher Certification and enhanced DBS certificate. My expertise covers children from walking age to 16 years old and I teach in nurseries, schools and private homes/venues.

Yoga For Children & Teens
Yoga for children at your nursery, primary or secondary school is a great way to start engaging children from an early age in movement and mindfulness practices. The classes vary in length depending on the age range and are between 30 mins and 60 mins.
Children are engaged in various games, story telling, dancing, mindfulness practices and themed classes through which they increase motor skills, strength and flexibility. Yoga for children integrates breathing techniques and mindfulness practices. These helps kids achieve emotional stability, improves their behaviour and calms their mind.
Family Yoga (30 Min)
Family Yoga provides parents with fun way of bonding with their children! Get active, creative, use your senses and navigate together through a number of games, stories, songs, breathing exercises and mindful activities. And while doing all of that we help your kids build a stronger, flexible body, achieve a calmer mind and gain emotional stability. Enjoy yoga sessions for up to 4 family members, which can also include your kids friends. You will receive a 20 min free trial session so you can get a feel for how your child/children will react to the content I offer.
Party Yoga (60 Min)
Party Yoga for children from the age of 5 to 12 years old. It can be to celebrate a birthday or any other important event in your little one’s life. An hour of fun celebration while employing the principles of yoga and engaging the children at your party in games, songs and various mindfulness practices. Party yoga helps your child create an unforgettable experience with their friends!
