30 Min Private Online Yoga Session
30 min private online yoga class customised to your level, needs and requirements. Yoga will help you increase strength and flexibility and teach you to quiet the mind. Tone and lengthen your limbs, build core strength and regulate your weight. You will receive a recorded video of our session, support and guidance for further practice after the class.
Other benefits of online private yoga classes are:
- They are personalised to your specific body needs – for example you may need more work on your flexibility than your strength
- Suited to your personal requirements – for instance you may want to lose weight, strengthen your core or reduce back pain
- Assistance, guidance & verbal cues to help correct alignment and breathwork

For the practice you will need internet connection, some yoga props, comfortable clothes and an empty belly. Here is the equipment I recommend you have a Yoga mat, foam blocks and a strap. Alternatively, use a larger towel, two thicker books and a towel. Now you are set for your first class! Should you decide you’d like to continue, check the blocks of classes I offer which will save you 20%. And to make it worth your while, I will include the first class you have already taken in the pack.

60 Min Private Online Yoga Session
This 60 min one to one yoga session online will provide you with a full body workout. Designed especially for your body’s needs it will focus on building strength and increasing flexibility. Depending on what you’d like to achieve from a private yoga session, it can be designed to alleviate pain and deal with injuries, it can help you tone your muscles or soothe an overactive mind. Further benefits of private yoga classes are:

You will receive a recorded video of our session so you can continue practicing in your own time. I will provide further support and advice after the class should you require it.

Practice yoga from a comfortable and familiar environment. Online group yoga classes feel a lot more private & are a good option for those who find studio classes daunting.
Save time, travel & energy
Additopnally, there is no travel, no traffic or rush to get to the studio. Practicing online gives you the extra time you didn’t have before. Moreover, you preserve energy and help protect the environment reducing CO2.
No location boundaries
Last but not least, you can practice while on a business trip, holiday or when you are in a place with no yoga studios. Connect with your favourite teachers wherever they are, regardless of distance or time zone.
How It Works
1. Initial Consultation & Booking Your Session
I will give you a free initial consultation which we can do over Skype or Zoom so I can understand what your needs are and if you have any injuries or specific conditions. To book your first appointment simply choose the length of your online yoga session (or a block of sessions), specifying your preferred date and time, add to your basket and proceed to secure payment.
2. Your Booking Confirmation
If during our initial consultation we haven’t agreed on suitable for both of us time for the appointments you can choose them by using the booking calendar. According to what time zone I am in at the time of your booking I will consider & confirm back promptly any sensible time. Once we agree on all the details you will receive a confirmation email for your first class!
3. What You Need
- The first, and most important, prerequisite is that you have a working PC, laptop or a mobile phone and internet in order to connect with me.
- Make sure you have a Skype or a Zoom account and carry out a test call before our session. If you don’t have either account, links to free download can be found here:

- You will need a working WebCam and a microphone. If you don’t have them here is a suggestion for a camera with microphone from Amazon.
- You will need a yoga mat, a cushion and some props. Instead of yoga blocks and straps you can use big thick books and a scarf or a towel. If you’d like to purchase some equipment I’ve included links with suggestions here – Yoga mat, Foam blocks, Strap.
- On the day of the online yoga session log in 5 mins early so we can check the connection and ensure positioning of your equipment is such that I can clearly see your moves. Please join in good time so you can benefit from the entire length of the session.
- Make sure your stomach is empty. Your last meal should be 3-4 hours before the class if you eat meat and 2-3 hours if you’ve had a vegan/vegetarian meal. If you feel hunger close to the session you can have some fruit, yogurt or a handful of nuts.
- Wear comfortable, stretchy, breathable clothes that are not too baggy.
- Prepare the space and make sure people living with you give you privacy for the duration of your class. Clear up clutter, light a candle or an incense stick to create a more meditative environment.
4. What You’ll Receive
- A free initial consultation where you can let me know what your expectations and requirements are and I can find out more about your health and fitness routine.
- In the event that after taking your first yoga class, you decide you’d like to continue practicing on a regular basis with me, I give you the option to include your first online class in a block of 4 classes at the discounted price.
- A guided yoga sequence customised to suit your level, needs and preferences including alignment adjustments, breath cues and focus on connection with the body and mind.
- A variety of breathwork and meditation techniques and knowledge on how to build simple yoga routines to help on your way to building your personal practice.
- Recorded videos of our private yoga classes which you can use to practice.
- My full support and guidance after and / or between sessions. Suggestions on how often and what poses to practice, tips on how to modify them and advice on dietary regime.
5. The Rules
- Payment is due at time of booking.
- Bookings are to be made at least 72 hours in advance of the appointment time.
- You can reschedule your class without any additional cost once only and credit it towards a future appointment. This must be requested at least 72 hours in advance of your original booking.
- Cancellations within seventy-two (72) hours of the scheduled session will be charged in full.
- On the occasion that I need to cancel your appointment, I will refund you in full to the value of what you paid for the session. Alternatively, you can use the credit towards a future appointment.
- In case of bad internet connection we will agree on a new time and date and reschedule.
- Blocks of 4 classes must be used within 6 weeks from your first booked class. Blocks of 8 classes – within 10 weeks.
