My private online yoga classes are specifically designed for you.

Everyone’s physique, background and overall level of energy are so different and rarely a custom made group class will hit the spots that deserve the most attention. If you’d like to dive deeper into the world of yoga choose this option.

My private yoga sessions target the aspects that need most work and be are moulded to your own schedule.

After having quite a bit of experience with teaching private online yoga lessons, I am a firm believer that it works equally as good as in person classes.

One of the main benefits being that you can do your yoga practice from a comfortable and familiar environment.

Another reason to make online yoga a desirable alternative to in person classes, is that the travel, the traffic, and the rush to get to the studio are no longer a factor. When you’re travelling, or you are on holiday or re-locating or you are in a place where there are no yoga studios – you can still practice with your favourite teacher!

You can access online yoga lessons from any device, from any country and at any time, giving you more flexibility and allowing you to be in control of your own practice. 

Furthermore, you’re more likely to practice more as it’s much easier and faster to just turn on your laptopand, click “Join” on Zoom or Skype and be in your yoga space.
