Through light, intuitive touch, the nervous system begins to soften, allowing tension to release and the body to return to a more grounded and regulated state.
This is a quiet, subtle practice, yet often deeply felt.
What is Reiki?
Reiki works with the body’s energy system, supporting the natural flow of energy throughout the body.
During a session, hands are placed lightly on or just above the body, allowing energy to move where it is needed.
There is nothing you need to do.
Simply lie down, rest, and receive.

2. Integrated within Fusion Sessions
Reiki can also be combined with movement, bodywork, and breathwork.
3. Online Reiki
Energy healing can also be received remotely, allowing you to relax in your own space.

How it works
1. Booking your session
You can book your Reiki session by selecting your preferred option and completing your payment.
To align our schedules, simply email yogawithevelina@gmail.com with your preferred days and times, and I will get back to you with availability.
2. Confirmation & preparation
Once your session is confirmed, you may be invited to share a little about your health, emotional state, or what you would like support with.
This helps me create a session that feels safe, supportive, and aligned with your needs.
If you wish, we can also arrange a short call before your first session.
Sessions can take place in London (Mill Hill), in your home, or online.
3. Preparing for your session
You will be lying down comfortably for the duration of the session.
Please wear comfortable clothing and, if you are at home, create a quiet, uninterrupted space where you can fully relax.
It is best to be on a relatively light stomach and to allow yourself time before and after the session to rest.
4. During the session
Reiki is a gentle, intuitive practice.
You will be invited to lie down and simply rest while receiving light touch (or hands placed just above the body if you prefer). There is nothing you need to do.
The session is guided intuitively, allowing energy to move where it is needed, supporting balance across the body and energy system.
Online sessions are equally effective, with you resting in your own space while being guided into a state of deep relaxation.
5. After the session
You may feel deeply relaxed, lighter, or more grounded.
Sometimes emotions or insights continue to unfold after the session as your system integrates the work.
Simple aftercare suggestions may be offered to support this process.
5. Booking and cancellation policy
Please book at least 48–72 hours in advance where possible.
If you need to reschedule, a minimum of 48–72 hours’ notice is required. Each session may be rescheduled once without charge. Cancellations within 72 hours of the scheduled session are charged in full.
In the unlikely event that I need to cancel, you will be offered either a full refund or the option to reschedule.
