Description
Yoga Nidra – Deep Rest for Body and Mind
Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation practice that invites you into a state of conscious rest, where the body fully relaxes and the mind begins to soften.
You will be lying down comfortably, supported by cushions and blankets, while being gently guided through a journey of awareness, breath, and visualisation.
This is not about effort.
It is about allowing the body and nervous system to unwind naturally.
Why Yoga Nidra?
In a world that keeps us constantly active and stimulated, true rest is often missing.
Yoga Nidra supports:
- deep nervous system regulation
- release of physical and emotional tension
- improved sleep quality
- mental clarity and focus
- a sense of grounding and inner calm
Even a single session can feel deeply restorative.
How the session works
Each session is guided with care and may include:

- intention setting (Sankalpa), if appropriate
Sessions can take place in person or online, with the same depth of guidance and support. Online sessions allow you to experience the practice from the comfort of your own home, creating a familiar and safe environment for deep rest.
There is nothing you need to do.
You are invited to simply rest and receive.
