Fusion Sessions bring together yoga, bodywork, breathwork, and energy healing into one integrated experience.

This is a space where movement meets stillness, and where the body and energy system are supported together.

Each session is intuitive and shaped around what you need in the moment.

How it Works

1. Book your session

You can book your Fusion Session by selecting your preferred option and completing your payment.

To align our schedules, simply email yogawithevelina@gmail.com with your preferred days and times, and I will get back to you with availability.

2. Confirmation & preparation

Once your session is confirmed, you may be invited to share a little about your health, any injuries, or what you would like support with.

This helps me shape a session that feels safe, supportive, and aligned with your needs.

If you wish, we can also arrange a short call before your first session.

Sessions take place in London (Mill Hill), in your home, or online depending on what suits you best.

3. Preparing for your session

Please wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move and relax with ease.

Depending on the flow of the session, you may experience both movement and rest. At times, you may be lying down to receive bodywork and integration.

It is best to be on a relatively light stomach and to create a quiet, uninterrupted space so you can fully drop into the experience.

4. During the session

Each Fusion Session is intuitively guided and uniquely shaped around you.

You are welcome to choose a combination of practices such as yoga, bodywork (massage), and energy healing, as well as how much time you would like to dedicate to each element.

If you are unsure, you can simply arrive as you are and allow me to guide the session intuitively, drawing on what your body and system need in that moment.

Your session may include:

  • mindful movement and yoga
  • breathwork and nervous system regulation
  • hands-on bodywork and massage
  • shaking and rhythmic release
  • energy healing (Reiki-based touch)
  • stillness and deep rest (Yoga Nidra-inspired integration)

There is no fixed structure.
You are invited to relax, receive, and trust the process as it unfolds.

5. After the session

You may feel deeply relaxed, lighter, or more grounded.

Sometimes insights, emotions, or shifts continue to unfold after the session as your system integrates the work.

Simple aftercare suggestions may be offered to support this process and help you carry the benefits into your daily life.

5. Booking and cancellation policy

Please book at least 48–72 hours in advance where possible.

If you need to reschedule, a minimum of 48–72 hours’ notice is required. Each session may be rescheduled once without charge. Cancellations within 72 hours of the session are charged in full.

In the unlikely event that I need to cancel, you will be offered either a full refund or the option to reschedule.
