Thai yoga massage
Thai Yoga massage is a deeply restorative treatment that works with both the physical body and the energetic system.
Rooted in traditional Thai healing practices, the session combines gentle pressure, assisted stretching and rhythmic movement to release tension, improve mobility and restore the natural flow of energy throughout the body. It is often described as a meditative experience, where the body is gradually invited to soften and open.
Beyond the physical benefits, this practice can support the release of stored stress and emotional tension, creating a sense of lightness, balance and inner calm.
Sessions usually last between 60 to 120 minutes and offer space for deep relaxation and reset. The effects can continue to unfold in the hours and days after, as the body integrates the work and returns to a more natural state of ease.

Reiki energy healing
Reiki is a subtle yet powerful energy healing practice that supports the body’s natural ability to restore balance and wellbeing.
During a session, gentle hands-on or hands-off touch is used to guide energy to where it is most needed, helping to calm the nervous system and create a sense of safety and stillness within the body.
This deeply relaxing practice can support emotional release, reduce stress and anxiety, and bring clarity to the mind. It works on both physical and energetic levels, encouraging a return to harmony and inner balance.
Reiki can be received both in person and remotely. Sessions offer a quiet, nurturing space where the body can rest, reset and gently reconnect with its own healing intelligence.

Thai chakra massage
A deeply restorative and healing treatment working with the body and its energy centres.
Through structured Thai massage sequences and slow, mindful touch, this practice grounds the nervous system, supports the release of stored tension and emotions, helping to restore balance.
Sessions last around two hours, with effects that may continue to unfold in the days that follow.
The sessions are done at my place, last around 2 hours and can be (but are not necessarily) energetically & emotionally intense. The effects can be felt for a few days after the day of the massage and it is recommended that you give yourself enough time and space to process whatever has come during the massage.

How it Works
1. Book Your Session
Choose your preferred treatment and proceed to secure your booking.
Suggest a few times and dates and email me at yogawithevelina@gmail.com. I will reach out to arrange a suitable time based on your availability.
2. Confirmation & Preparation
Once we confirm your session, your booking will be secured.
You’ll be invited to share any relevant health information, injuries, or medical conditions to ensure the treatment is tailored to your needs.
If you feel called, we can also arrange a short call beforehand to connect and discuss your intentions for the session.
I am currently based in North West London and offer treatments either from my space in Mill Hill or at your home within a reasonable distance. Final details and any preparation guidance will be shared ahead of your session.
3. Preparing Your Space
To receive the full benefits of the treatment, a calm and comfortable environment is key.
- A quiet, spacious room with a firm surface (floor)
- A yoga mat, blanket or towel, and a couple of cushions
- Comfortable, breathable clothing
Please arrive with an empty stomach. Ideally, avoid food 2–4 hours beforehand. If needed, a light snack such as fruit or nuts is fine.
Create a peaceful atmosphere by minimising distractions and ensuring privacy during your session.
4. Your Experience
During your session, you will receive your chosen treatment, fully adapted to your body and energy on the day.
The work supports:
- deep relaxation of the nervous system
- release of physical and energetic tension
- restoration of balance within the body
Many clients continue to feel the effects in the days that follow. You are welcome to reach out afterwards with any reflections or questions.
5. Booking Guidelines
To honour both your time and mine, please note the following:
- Sessions must be booked at least 72 hours in advance
- Payment is required at the time of booking
- Rescheduling requires a minimum of 48 hours’ notice
- Cancellations within 24 hours are charged in full
If I need to cancel your session, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your booking.
