        Hatha Yoga

        MoreYoga North Finchley | Tue 12:00 pm – 13:oo pm*

        A classical Hatha Yoga class, including Sun Salutation, standing and seated postures done in a slow sequence. Postures are held for longer with focus on alignment and hand on adjustments are offered. After the asana practice, enjoy a Savasana, pranayama and seated meditation. The second half of the class will bring your awareness inward and is designed to ground you and calm the mind.

        Hatha Flow

        Transport yourself from your busy life into the relaxed and calming space of yoga. This is a classical Hatha Yoga class, based on basic yogic techniques and part from asana you will learn bandha work, mudras, pranayama and meditation. The second half of the class will bring your awareness inward and is designd to ground you and calm the mind.

        Chakra Yoga

        Chakra yoga works to activate the seven energy centres in the subtle body and realign you energetically. Blockages and imbalances in the Chakras manifest physically, mentally and emotionally and in this practice we will begin to release blocked energies and imbalances to stimulate an internal shift and leave you feeling rebalanced before moving into soothing guided meditation.

        Slow Flow

        MoreYoga Winchmore Hill | Mon 11:00 am – 12:00 pm 

        Switch off, tune in and find your flow in this slower version of Vinyasa, focusing on synching breath to movement in a flow designed to build heat, endurance, flexibility & strength. Our Sun Salutations (Surya Namaskar) are open to all levels and all are welcome. Expect options to suit your practice whether you want to challenge yourself or take it easy.
