Signature fusion sessions
Fusion sessions are a deeply personal and intuitive experience, weaving together yoga, Thai yoga massage and Reiki into one seamless practice.
This is a space where movement, touch and energy work come together to support the body and nervous system in a holistic and gentle way. Each session is guided by your unique needs and unfolds in response to your energy, creating a practice that is both grounding and deeply nourishing.
Through this integration, the body is invited to release held tension, the mind begins to soften, and a deeper sense of connection can emerge.
These sessions often bring a feeling of wholeness, clarity and inner balance, supporting you in returning to a more natural state of ease and alignment.

How it Works
1. Booking your session
You can book your private session by selecting your preferred service and completing your payment.
To align our schedules, simply email me at yogawithevelina@gmail.com with your preferred options and I will get back to you with availability.
2. Confirmation and preparation
Once your session is confirmed, I may ask you to share a little about your health, any injuries or anything you would like support with. This helps me shape a practice that feels safe, supportive and aligned with your needs.
If you wish, we can also arrange a short call before your first session.
Sessions can take place either in your home or in my space in Mill Hill, North London.
3. Preparing for your session
You will need a yoga mat (or a towel if you don’t have one). If needed, I can bring a mat with me.
Please wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. It is best to practice on a relatively empty stomach and to create a quiet, uninterrupted space for the duration of the session.
4. During the session
Each session is thoughtfully guided and tailored to you, and may include movement, breathwork and moments of stillness.
I offer gentle guidance and, where appropriate, hands-on adjustments. If you prefer not to be adjusted, you are always welcome to let me know.
5. After the session
You may receive simple suggestions to support your practice between sessions, helping you integrate the benefits into your daily life.
5. Booking & cancellation policy
Appointments are to be booked at least 72 hours in advance.
If you need to reschedule, please allow at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session will be charged in full.
In the unlikely event that I need to cancel, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.

5. Health & responsibility
While I offer guidance and modifications where needed, it is your responsibility to consult a medical professional regarding any injuries or conditions.
Please always listen to your body and move in a way that feels safe and supportive.
