Description
Practicing in a group brings a sense of connection, rhythm and shared energy.
The sessions vary from the more dynamic Vinyasa style through to classical Hatha yoga, Yin yoga, restorative yoga and Yoga Nidra.
My classes are suitable for all levels and weave together movement, breath and moments of stillness. Each session supports the body in becoming stronger and more open, while gently guiding the mind towards calm and clarity.
