This shorter package is ideal if you want to explore one-to-one online yoga, create more consistency, or receive focused support without committing to a longer programme.
Practising from home allows you to move at your own pace, in your own space, while still receiving individual guidance and attention.
What Each Session Includes
Each session is tailored to you and may include a blend of:
- mindful movement and yoga postures
- breathwork and pranayama
- mobility and flexibility work
- nervous system regulation practices
- meditation or guided relaxation
- restorative or grounding sequences
Sessions are shaped around how you feel on the day, so the practice always meets you where you are.

With 4 sessions, we can begin to build familiarity and awareness in your practice. This allows us to gently explore your body’s patterns and support positive change in a short, focused timeframe.

How Online Sessions Work
All sessions take place live via Zoom.
After booking, you will receive:
- confirmation of your sessions
- your Zoom link before each class
- simple guidance to prepare for practice
We work at a pace that suits you, with space to adapt each session based on your needs.
The 4 sessions are designed to be used within 6 weeks of purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
