PAYMENTS, CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING OF APPOINTMENTS

• Payment is due at time of booking.
• Cancellations more than twenty-four (24) hours prior to scheduled session can be rescheduled once and credited towards a future appointment.
• Cancellations within twenty-four (24) hours of the scheduled session will be charged in full.
• On the occasion that I need to cancel your appointment, I will refund you in full to the value of what you paid for the session. Alternatively, you can use the credit towards a future appointment.
