A block of four 60 min private yoga sessions will provide you with the basic knowledge and skills of postures and breathwork. You will be able to attend group classes with better knowledge of how to approach the various poses. If you are looking for progression in your yoga journey having more than one one on one assisted classes is essential for your development. Your body will gain muscle memory and you will notice more ease when holding the postures. We can work on building a routine if you’d like to practice in between sessions. Use within 6 weeks of first session used.
