A block of 16 private yoga classes means you will seriously dedicate yourself to developing a steady yoga practice. Getting on the mat regularly is one of the basic prerequisites for building a strong and a quieter mind. Any practice is best when it’s done regularly, preferably more than once a week. The 60 min in person sessions will allow us to explore breathwork and meditation in more depth. With my help, you will be able to start building sequences for yourself. Additionally, we can start to include deeper variations of postures and increase the complexity of breathwork techniques. Use within 22 weeks of first session used.
