30 min private online yoga class customised to your level, needs and requirements. Yoga will help you increase strength and flexibility and teach you to quiet the mind. Tone and lengthen your limbs, build core strength and regulate your weight. You will receive a recorded video of our session, support and guidance for further practice after the class.

For the practice you will need internet connection, some yoga props, comfortable clothes and an empty belly. Here is the equipment I recommend you have a Yoga mat, foam blocks and a strap.
