Eight sessions of 60 mins of online yoga are a good option if you intend to stick with your practice and are looking to progress on your yoga journey. Unlike the shorter 30 min sessions a full hour of yoga opens the body and quiet the mind in much more profound way. You will see the benefits much quicker and with 8 full hour sessions you will be well prepared to continue your yoga journey on your own. You will receive recordings of our sessions if you’d like to practice in between sessions. Use within 12 weeks of first session used.
