A Deep Reset for Digestion, Energy and Inner Balance
This private online workshop offers a holistic approach to digestive wellbeing through yoga, breathwork and mindful cleansing practices. Through the intestinal yogic cleanse, or Shankha Prakshalana, we release physical and energetic stagnation, stimulate digestion and restore a greater sense of lightness, balance and vitality.
Many people carry stress, tension and emotion in the abdominal area. Over time, this can affect digestion, energy levels and overall wellbeing. This workshop helps you reconnect with your body, support healthy digestive function and create more internal space and ease.
You can join the session from the comfort of your home using Zoom, making it accessible wherever you are.

After booking, you will receive:

- a yoga mat or comfortable floor space
- comfortable clothing
- a stable internet connection
- prepared warm saline water
Optional props such as cushions, blankets or yoga blocks can also support comfort during the practice.
